USELY is free to use. USELY Pro costs 9.99 euros per month or 89.99 euros per year and adds unlimited invoices, your own logo, e-invoicing, receipt recognition, payment reminders and recurring expenses. Pro can be tried for 30 days at no cost and can be cancelled at any time.

Yes. The German small business rule under section 19 of the VAT Act is built in. Invoices are created without VAT and with the correct note, and every mandatory detail under section 14 of the VAT Act appears on the document automatically.

Yes. XRechnung and ZUGFeRD are already built in, years ahead of the German e-invoicing obligation that phases in from 2027. The e-invoice is generated from the same invoice you write anyway and can be sent by email directly.

Your data lives in your account in line with the GDPR and is protected with Face ID. You can export it at any time, and the receipt archive is auditable under the German GoBD rules.

Yes. Your practice gets its own read-only access, plus a DATEV export and a receipt package. The cash-basis accounting overview is available all year instead of only in spring.
